These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Compilo, including the website, dashboard and related services. By creating an account, accessing or using Compilo, you agree to these Terms.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Compilo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
You retain ownership of the business data and materials you submit to Compilo. You grant Compilo a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce and display that content only as necessary to provide, maintain and secure the service.
We may change, improve, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
If paid plans are offered, subscription fees are charged in advance on the billing cycle shown at checkout unless otherwise stated in writing. You authorize the payment provider and Compilo to charge the applicable fees, taxes and related charges using your selected payment method. Late, declined or failed payments may result in suspension or limitation of service until the balance is cleared.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time, and cancellation will stop future renewals from the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated at checkout. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law, expressly promised in writing, or approved by Compilo in its sole discretion for duplicate charges, proven billing errors or similar exceptional circumstances. Free trials or promotional access, if offered, may convert automatically according to the terms disclosed when you sign up.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay fees when due, or if continued service would expose us or others to legal or operational harm. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion subject to legal retention obligations.
Compilo, including its software, branding, interface, design elements and related materials, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compilo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compilo and its operators, affiliates, service providers and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from or related to use of the service.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Compilo and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses and costs arising from your content, your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of Compilo after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
